I have developed a strong foundation in design thinking and facilitation techniques, and have had the opportunity to lead workshops and facilitate design sprints for a variety of organizations, including the RCA and IED. these experiences have allowed me to hone my skills and grow as a facilitator, and have taught me the importance of creating a safe and inclusive space for diverse perspectives to be heard.
