This project is taking place on a historic main road connecting Jaffa to Tel-Aviv, Eilat street. The initial intention was to bring back the glory and life to Tel-Aviv's first commercial centre with a mixed-use building, which embraces the charm of the current inner courtyard by keeping the facade looking inside and adding apartments, retail spaces and a train station to it. This project tries to shuffle them. Mixing new with old, reviving forgotten paths and improving the urbanism in the city's outskirts. Bringing the street inside, the project curves paths along with its courtyard, expanding the commercial street facades and inviting the new residents to participate in communal life.
